Member Research & Continuous Learning to Improve Health Equity

We conducted in-depth qualitative research to help our client better understand the experiences of the dual-eligible Medicare and Medicaid populations they serve. Building on these insights, we guided the team through a hands-on learning process to develop systems thinking and storytelling skills, establishing team practices that support more adaptive strategy, meaningful action, and continuous learning over time.

A Shared View of Employees,
Built for Action and Engagement

We evaluated and enriched our client’s existing segmentation, persona, and employee experience resources, synthesizing them into a single, integrated framework. This unified new tool empowers cross-functional collaborators from technology, product, marketing, and service teams with a shared, actionable view of their most important internal audience: employees.

Shaping the Future of Health Experience & Quality Measurement

Through a series of complexity-informed collaboration sessions designed to elicit the collective wisdom of the team, we helped our client develop a more human centered and boldly innovative framework for measuring experience quality. The resulting strategic vision was captured in a detailed position paper designed to provoke and inspire regulators and peer organizations, and to spark new conversations across the broader health ecosystem.

From Silos to Shared Strategy: A Systems Lens on What’s Next

To support our client's need for more integrated, systems-oriented collaboration, we designed and facilitated a series of workshops that convened a diverse mix of stakeholders from across the organization. These sessions enabled teams to surface enterprise-wide dependencies, build shared accountability, and identify meaningful and realistic next steps to improve business outcomes and elevate customer experience.

Ecosystem Insights & Product Strategy for VR Nurse Education

We conducted in-depth qualitative research with nurse educators across care settings to better understand the realities of post-licensure education. These insights revealed where immersive tools could meaningfully support professional learning, and where they might add friction. The resulting recommendations empowered our client with shared internal clarity and sharper priorities for content, features, and adoption strategy.

Clarity & Coordination in a Rapidly Shifting Learning Landscape

We designed and facilitated a complexity-informed strategy sprint to help our client navigate shifts in learner behavior, emerging technology, and institutional priorities. Drawing on narrative data and collaborative affordance mapping, the team identified actionable patterns and aligned on a set of coordinated next steps. This approach supported more adaptive strategy and renewed momentum for cross-functional collaboration.
